What does this warranty cover?

UNIK Technology provides a limited warranty to purchasers that this new UNIK products will be free of material defects or malfunctions that arise during normal use.

How long does the coverage last?

This warranty lasts for 60 days after the date of initial purchase of a new, genuine UNIK product.

What will UNIK do?

UNIK will replace or repair any defective or malfunctioning genuine UNIK device at no charge, except that you must pay to ship the product to our service center. Replacement devices may be refurbished. If there is no issue to be found with the device, you will be charged for return shipping of the device back to you.

What does this warranty NOT cover?

This warranty does not cover counterfeit products, or any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, or acts of God. This warranty also doesn’t cover products that you buy used, on sale, or from a vendor who is not our authorized distributor. UNIK excles all claims foudr specal, incidental, and/or consequential damages caused by breach of any express or implied warranty.UNIK liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price.

All other warranties express or implied, including any statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law. In such event, such warranty or condition is limited to the duration of this written warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights that vary depending on where you live. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

How do you get service?

To be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST return the warranty registration card, the original packaging, the dated receipt or purchase order, or other proof of purchase indicating the date purchased, within two months 60 days of purchasing your genuine UNIK product. We will inspect your device to verify that it is a genuineUNIK product, and if so, repair or replace it if it is received within 60 days of the date of purchase.

If you purchased your genuine UNIK product from an authorized retailer, you may return it to the retailer instead of shipping it to our service center. All other requirements apply.

How does state law apply?

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
